This program is a collaboration between Solea and Mayos Manos, two practices rooted in Thai Yoga Massage healing touch, somatic wisdom, and slowing down with care, and Daniela Tripaldi, a psychologist and coach specializing in emotional resilience, stress recovery, and nervous system care.

Together, they bring a thoughtful blend of bodywork, somatic practice, and psychological insight to support deep, sustainable recovery. Each of them contributes a unique perspective, grounded in the belief that rest and repair happen when we feel safe, seen, and supported.

BURNOUT RECOVERY PROGRAM FUNDAMENTAL PILLARS

01. NERVOUS SYSTEM REGULATION

Burnout often traps the body in a prolonged state of sympathetic (fight-or-flight) activation, making true rest and recovery difficult. Therapeutic touch, especially through Thai Yoga Massage, directly supports the parasympathetic nervous system, the the part of your nervous system responsible for rest, digestion, and repair.
Thai Yoga Massage combines acupressure, gentle stretching, and rhythmic movement to signal safety to the body, reduce muscle tension and stress. This not only helps to relieve physical symptoms like tightness, fatigue, and pain, but also creates a deeper sense of internal safety and grounding.
Paired with conscious meditation, this somatic approach helps shift the body out of a chronic stress state and into one where healing and emotional resilience become possible.

02. CONSISTENCY AND CONNECTIONS

Burnout often brings a deep sense of loneliness and disconnection. Many people feel isolated in their struggle, unsure who to turn to or how to explain what they’re going through. That’s why having a safe, consistent structure is essential for recovery.

This program offers weekly sessions, providing not just therapeutic care but also a rhythm—something to look forward to each week, a space where people feel seen, supported, and no longer alone. Regularity builds trust in the process and helps the nervous system settle into a new sense of stability.
Through guided bodywork, mindful reflection, and steady support, each session becomes an anchor point—a moment to reconnect, process, and begin to integrate the physical and emotional layers of burnout. Healing doesn’t happen all at once, but in small, supported steps over time.

03.PSYCHOLOGICAL SUPPORT: HEALING THE MIND TO RESTORE BALANCE

Burnout doesn’t just affect your body, it deeply disrupts your mind and emotional well-being. Prolonged stress can trap you in cycles of negative thought patterns, overwhelm, and emotional exhaustion, making it difficult to find peace or clarity. Our program’s psychological support is a vital pillar designed to help you gently unravel these patterns. Developed by experienced psychologist, the guided exercises and reflective tools help you increase self-awareness, process difficult emotions, and build lasting emotional resilience.

By addressing the mental and emotional aspects of burnout alongside somatic bodywork and meditation, we create a comprehensive healing pathway. This integration allows your nervous system to recalibrate, making space for true rest, renewed energy, and sustainable transformation.

Healing becomes possible not only through calming the body but by nurturing a compassionate, mindful relationship with yourself empowering you to move beyond survival and step into thriving.

TESTIMONIALS

Max (34)
"I came to Amsterdam at 31 and lived a great life. After a while though, I got into a very stressful loop that I could not get out of. These circumstances led to an almost permanently activated nervous system, even though I am known to be a very calm person. This led to  issues in my life - socially and workwise. I tried many things, mostly expressing and talking about my issues. I got lucky when this program found me and I joined. I noticed the human touch and peaceful, trustful environment the teachers created helped me calm my nervous system and even released some emotions that were stuck deeply. After the sessions I had more of a centered feeling which carried on to the next few days. I found myself looking forward to the next session. After one month, this has helped me in a way that created space in my personal life so I could focus better on what was needed in that moment. Now, looking back, I progressed more than I could imagine starting the program. If anything resonates or you feel stuck with yourself in any way, I totally recommend giving this program a try. No need to talk, I let my body feel and heal with careful touch. It really helped me to re-energize!"
Marleine (28)
"My name is Marleine and I am 28 years old. I have been struggling with a burnout for almost two years now. I have been doing somatic work for over a year, on my own. I felt tiny changes but nothing major yet. I was so happy to join the Burnout Recovery Program. It felt so good to do nervous system healing in a group setting, with people who understand you and can guide you in your experience. I felt so safe and supported and I have noticed that my body is starting to feel more safe! I am eternally grateful and will recommend this to everyone!"
Damir (43)
"I stopped counting the years and months I’ve been dragging myself through hell and back with my burnout and sheer struggle to survive. And even though I’m not religious, the Burnout Recovery Program came like a gift from heaven.
I’ve noticed through myself and also sharing with other participants that many times we keep suppressing emotions, and past trauma in order to perform well in our lives, career and relationships. Collectively we keep forgetting how important it is to have a quiet time, and space to feel your own body. To take time to slow down your breath, and allow your conscious mind to process the physical and emotional sensations while awake but relaxed.
I’ve realized that more than any talk therapy, psychological counseling, and especially the new-age toxic positivity have maybe helping to some extent. But being able to relax, and just be present without judgement is really the most important part of self healing. When I’m alone, distracted by work and daily life, I can hardly relax by myself.
Resonating with a few people in the group, as well as being touched by another human, letting your body just go soft and heavy while they’re moving you around. It builds a sense of safety, calmness and trust that our mind and body need to just allow ourselves to relax again. I personally believe that therapeutic massages should be included in any type of mental health treatment to begin with. And then talking, and other methods that may be borderline brainwashing instead of actually transforming the root causes of the trauma and pain still stuck within the body, and the subconscious.
This Burnout Recovery program was short, yet more effective than anything else I’ve tried with help of others before. Fact is that we have to do all the work ourselves, but when doing it together with others who have gone through the process is what helps the most.
Sometimes letting yourself go is the best course of action. Sometimes taking a break and resting is the most necessary act in order to make progress in life, as well as remain stable and happy.
I’m very grateful for this experience and strongly recommend any individual, and mostly the experts, to start integrating these habits into a regular practice. The world needs healing and we heal together as one. "
