What You'll Experience
Each session (90 minutes, once a week for 4 weeks) is designed for deep, gentle care:
- Welcome Tea and Welcome Circle – because we start soft
- Breathing + Grounding – simple techniques to quiet the noise
- 30 minutes Thai Massage – fully clothed, deeply restorative bodywork
- Meditation & Stillness – for the soul
