Burnout recovery program

Burnout doesn’t just happen overnight. It builds slowly—until one day, you're too tired to get out of bed, too overwhelmed to answer another email, and too numb to care.
Maybe you’re already at home, trying to recover.
Or maybe you’re still pushing through at work, pretending you’re okay.

Together with Mayos Manos and ITM Amsterdam, we’ve created a space that’s safe, quiet, and deeply supportive—especially for those experiencing burnout or going through an intense period of stress.

Through the powerful practice of Thai Yoga Massage, we'll learn your body to relax again.
It’s about reconnecting and taking your life back into your hands.

This isn’t a class.
This is restoration.
This is for when you have nothing left to give.
